This vaccine incentive program is sponsored by Cinco Ranch Pharmacy, a Texas-licensed and HIPAA-compliant pharmacy. Eligible individuals who pre-register and receive a qualifying vaccination at our designated clinic location during the campaign period may receive one (1) gift card or partner voucher of nominal value, while supplies last. Limit one incentive per person per campaign period, regardless of the number of vaccines received. Vaccination is free for those who are insured. For those uninsured, please call or visit for the cash price of the vaccine.
This offer is not contingent on the volume or value of any other business with our pharmacy. Incentives are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including guidance from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG), the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Individuals covered under federal healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE) are excluded from this offer unless specifically permitted under federal safe harbor provisions.
Gift cards and vouchers:
- Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be transferred, copied, sold, or combined with any other offers.
